Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. We offer professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French.

The Interior Crisis Line Network provides 24/7/365 empowering support, skilled assessment, crisis de-escalation, suicide prevention and life-saving intervention to the people in the Interior Region of BC. ​

We are also have Crisis Chat and Text services from 5 PM- 9 PM Thursday through Sunday.

​The focus is on answering and supporting suicide-related calls. Crisis line workers use evidence-based techniques and a province-wide Emergency Resource Database to support callers. When needed, crisis line workers are able to provide intervention through emergency mental health teams and other emergency services.

​310Mental Health Support (310-6789) is the toll-free provincial access to emotional support, information and resources specific to mental health. In operation since 2009, this network is also available 24/7/365 throughout BC.
